Customer Success Operator at Liveday

Do you want to work with some of the Nordics' most well-known sports clubs and take the live sporting experience to the next level? At Liveday, we're now looking for a Customer Success Operator to help shape how fans engage with clubs – from ticketing to merch, and everything in between.
About Liveday
Liveday is a full-service provider of arena sales solutions for professional sports clubs. Our all-in-one platform powers everything around game day – ticketing, PoS cash registers, hospitality, merchandise and CRM – seamlessly integrated to one platform to maximize both fan experience and clubs' revenues. We already work with some top-tier clubs in Sweden and Finland – and we're growing fast. That's why we're now looking for someone who can build long-term relationships and help our clubs fully succeed with the Liveday platform.
The role – your everyday as a Customer Success Operator
As a Customer Success Operator, you'll become the main partner for clubs after onboarding. Your job is to help them get the most out of Liveday – whether it's optimizing ticketing strategies, in-venue sales, fan engagement or CRM usage for marketing purposes.
You will:

Be the primary contact for clubs in both Finland and Sweden.
- •
Advise clubs on ticketing strategy, CRM, loyalty programs and in-venue sales.
- •
Ensure optimal use of all platform modules – including ticketing, POS, hospitality and merchandise.
- •
Coordinate technical questions and improvements with our development team.
- •
Lead workshops, training sessions and strategy meetings – both online and on-site.
- •
Identify new opportunities and support business growth for your clients.
- •
Be a strong internal voice for your customers and influence product development.
- •
We believe that you:
- •
Have experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar client-facing roles – ideally within SaaS, sports, events or retail.
- •
Speak and write fluently in Finnish, Swedish and English – all three are required.
- •
Are interested in sports, tech and business development – and understand the club environment.
- •
Feel comfortable speaking with both end users and C-level stakeholders.
- •
Are self-driven, structured and solution-oriented.
- •
Understand digital platforms, customer data and integrations.
- •
Have availability to travel sometimes.
- •
